Bad Skin vs Good Skin

I used to say and THINK “ugh. I have bad skin.” I wish I had “good skin” or why do I have to have such “bad skin”… the truth is, there’s no such thing. All skin is good!

Hear me out… my skin, so far, has done a pretty excellent job at holding my insides in. In this skin I have taken my body and moved my body to places I never imagined. I don’t have “bad” skin. I have sensitive skin that is alive and reacts to It’s environment. Whether it’s something I’m eating or something I’m exposed to, like sun and chemicals, it does its best to adapt but it can only take so much!

At the age that I am, I noticed my skin was taking a little longer to bounce back. Lines have started to appear and the signs of a life well lived are starting to show.
