This chocolate shell can be used in a variety of frozen treats! It can top your sundae, and makes an excellent crispy crunchy shell just like the classic Mickey Bars!
Put ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and microwave 30 seconds at a time, mixing in between, until oil and chocolate is melted together. About 1 - 2 min depending on microwave.
Once melted, pour over frozen treat and enjoy!
Notes
Chocolate can scorch easily, melting 30 seconds at a time and mixing in between can prevent hot spots and burning the chocolate. Once on your frozen treat, the shell will harden and give you a delightful crunchy shell!
