Wash and slice off the tops. Cut figs in half or if they are very large, cut in quarters, as long as they end up about the same size.
Line a sheet pan with foil and lay cut side up.
Bake at 200 degrees for 6 hours.
Notes
Pick Figs that are at the peak of ripeness so that you don't need to add any additional sugars. Dehydrating removes most of the water and concentrates the natural sugars making this tasty snack Whole30 and Paleo friendly!
